Rental Terms and Conditions for Ski Bobs
1. The equipment may not be modified without the permission of our Equipment Officer
2. A deposit of £200 is required by cheque (payable to Sporting Activities for Disabled
People [S.A.D.]). This cheque is held uncashed until the equipment is returned in good order.
3. Hire charges must be paid when collecting the equipment. (Winter season 2009/10 = £170.00)
4. The equipment must be returned to the collection point on or before the return date agreed.
Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
5. The equipment must be returned in the same condition that it was received. Any damage will
be repaired by S.A.D. and the cost deducted from the deposit.
6. S.A.D. reserve the right to refuse to rent to any individual or organisation.
7. S.A.D. will not accept any liability in any way for any form of injury, loss etc...to the user
or third party.
8. Submitting this form indicates your acceptance of these terms.
