This single handed keelboat is one of three Paralympic classes and has a very active able-bodied international racing circuit. Most sailing is fully integrated able/disabled and quite simply the best sailor wins!

2.4mR action in the Sydney Paralympics 2000

These two pictures were taken during the 2000 Sydney Paralympic regatta. The British representative is Mike Browne.
The Charity owns four 2.4mR boats which
are on loan to the Sailability groups at Queen Mary Sailng Club and Frensham PondSailing Club.
The Charity also supports coaching sessions for the
Paralympic squad.
Skud 18
This is the new Paralympic Class which will debut in Beijing. The Charity is supporting the introduction and coaching of the five new boats which have just arrived in Britain. Note the two seat configuration which allows allows an instructor to teach sailing skills.

Queen Mary Sailability
One of the most active Sailability groups in the country located near Heathrow airport.
